Everything we can possibly do has been done to ensure that you will love your Millie Mosca purchase!  

However, we also recognize that things sometimes go a bit wrong. As we are a small, made to order clothing label we encourage you to send us your measurements to avoid any mishaps! We want you to get your product and be able to wear it immediately!

In the case of a sizing problem or taste mishap we are happy to exchange (but not refund) or give you a credit note for full priced goods that are returned to Millie Mosca HQ within 14 days from receipt of purchase. If you intend to exchange or return your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item. 

Return shipping cost is to be covered by the customer. Sadly, we cannot take responsibility for parcel loss or damage once it leaves HQ, so please make sure to retain a copy of the tracking number. 

The Breakdown:

All goods must be returned to Millie Mosca strictly within 14 days from purchase 

Be unused, unwashed and in original condition 

Retain swing tags 

If you are worrying about how to handle a return, please email us so we can let you know the best way forward. 

Is it a faulty garment issue? Please email us straight away and we will let you know ASAP what to do. We will cover postage price for faulty items and give a full refund. 

We cannot, however, offer refunds and exchanges for faults caused by misuse, such as not following care instructions.
